Terms of use

Realitify aggregates Czech real-estate listings and can notify users about new matches. Operator: Jiří Kolb (sole trader / OSVČ), IČO 21527059, address Umělecká 618/7, 170 00 Praha 7 – Holešovice.

By registering, the user agrees to receive marketing e-mails (tips, news, market overviews and plan offers) at the address of the account. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with the “Unsubscribe from tips and news” link in the footer of each such e-mail. Operational e-mails (account confirmation, payments, new-listing alerts) are sent regardless of this consent.

We operate a public read-only MCP server at https://mcp.realitify.cz/mcp for AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, and compatible tools). It only exposes search, listing detail, and locality statistics. It does not create accounts, monitors, or write to Realitify.

Documentation: https://realitify.cz/mcp-docs. Privacy: https://realitify.cz/privacy.

You must not overload the MCP server, bypass rate limits, or redistribute the entire catalog as a competing dataset. Listing data originates from third-party portals; always check the source URL before acting.

Catalog data is provided as-is. We do not guarantee completeness, freshness, or accuracy of third-party listings. The MCP connector is free and may change or be rate-limited without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Contact: podpora@realitify.cz.
